MAXISWOOD is a company based in Thailand dedicated to making beautiful building facade using composite timber. Our products look like real wood without cutting down a tree. We use the wastage saw dust of natural types of wood from furniture factories and the timber industry. Our focus is on being environmentally friendly and saving trees. It looks like real wood, but is easier to install and maintain. Our product matches the highest aesthetic and safety standards. MAXISWOOD combines natural materials from recycled wood to offer an affordable and stunning addition to architecture. We supply a sustainable timber alternative from 100% eco-friendly composite timber material. Our products are also designed with the aim of reducing hi-skill labour needs by being easy and fast to install.
RECYCOEX is made from wood scraps in furniture factories and 95% recycled HDPE plastic waste materials. Afterward, the material is extruded and cast in many shapes based on designed molds with 3 surface finished options. Using modern production machines and special techniques for mixing 4-10 color pigments, RECYCOEX can produce material patterns similar to natural wood and more than 20 shades of color. Each piece will have unique and different patterns similar to real wood. Therefore, RECYCOEX has properties similar to the wood while capable of preventing termites and insects with no toxicity, and no flammability. RECYCOEX can be used outdoors and indoors. Planks will contract and expand slightly by 0.5 percent when heated by sunlight from outdoor use. Furthermore, RECYCOEX has many uses such as wall, ceiling, fence, sunscreen, etc... It can be cut, drilled, planed, fixed with a screw or pneumatic nail, and with woodworking equipment similar to real wood. There are 3 surface options for Wall & Ceiling:

A product developed by cutting edge technology in leading one-component polyurethane formulas used as waterborne polyurethane, an innovative featuring quality and efficiency in coating wood surfaces and wood plastic composite (WPC) containing wood particles for an excellent coating that is environmentally friendly. This semi-gloss coating is easy to use. Just open it up and you can use it right away, because it is water based formula, it does not require thinning with thinner or turpentine like other oil-based urethanes. maxis Coat - WPC Renew contains polyurethane content (solid content) at 60%. It is designed for exterior work and helps maintain every type of real and WPC wood surfaces containing wood particles; no irritating odor from the components of evaporating and fire-resistant substances; levels can be adjusted, so the surface is even, smooth and soft; UV resistance to sunlight; and no discoloration. After many years have passed, the surface color will fade with time due to rain and sunlight; the surface can re-coated without any need to sand the old vanish away. 1. Early man was aware of the basic principle that a composite material is greater than the sum of its parts. For example clay and straw were found to be stronger than clay alone; straw being the fibrous reinforcement and clay being the matrix. The first use of glass fibre reinforced polyester composites was in the aircraft industry during the 1940s. This was followed some years later by the first non-military application in the marine sector, where FRP proved a complete innovation – revolutionizing the way boats were built. Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymers (GFRP) significantly improves the longevity of engineering structures where corrosion is a major factor. 1. Glass Fibre Rebar Polymers (GFRP) is 4x lighter than steel. Steel is heavy, it increase logistic cost as well as adding more weight to the structure which affects the natural frequency of concrete structure.
2. Glass Fibre Rebar Polymers (GFRP) is 100% corrosion resistance to alkalis and acidic environment while steel rebar cannot stand the aggressive agents such as carbonic gas and chloride ions that cause premature deterioration.
